she fell to the ground panting. her breathing was heavy. And her heart was doing backflips inside her chest as fear clawed at her. she could hear the voices behind her, getting closer and repeating the same offer over and over again. she looked around frantically, her head pounding with intense pain as sweat ran down her forehead. There was no one around, just gloomy trees everywhere she looked. her sight became blurry and she felt everything spinning around. she clutched her head and whimpered in pain, but no matter what she did, where she went, how much she called out for help, the voices never left her. They warned her not to go in there, they told her there were creatures hiding in the dark, perhaps she should have listened to them, stayed back home in the castle, because there is no escape now. she was beyond terrified. We all make mistakes but some mistakes can't be fixed. Now she was haunted by her own madness.
