She has to learn how to deal with this new timeline. She struggles with her worth and whether or not she should try to get better or give up. It seems like a lose lose game and not only does Kianay have to deal with her new sickness, but also the love of her life-or loves? She is still a teenager in public school after all and teen drama is never ending, especially at Reep Sultin High School-a small school in Michigan. She navigates this drama and these new feelings through poetry and writing to escape her reality, but is it enough?
