Ever feel so alone that you actually feel empty inside? Is that even possible with an aunt, uncle and four.... (hmm... what's a nice way to put it?..Weird?)-weird cousins. Well for 17 year old Elizabeth Greene, it is. Nobody understands what she's been through. Not even the people she lives with. At school, she's an outcast... not one friend. Like all teenage girls she dreams to meet the right guy and live happily ever after. NOT! Lizzy doesn't do all that cliché stuff, and she certainly does not believe in love.
After the death of her parents and little brother Tom, she closed her self off from the rest of the world. Will she ever open up to anyone? Will anyone ever understand her? Is there anyone as messed up as she is inside?

Hey guys-- this is my first story. I've almost completed it but the first few chapters are cringe-worthy in my eyes so I'm going to re-write them in my spare time.

She sat down on the floor. Knees drawn to her chest, hands pulling at her hair. She couldn't take it anymore. She ripped out a bunch of her hair and laughed at the pain it brought her. Nothing could be compared to the pain she already felt. She couldn't describe what she felt. Even after killing her tormentor the pain still wouldn't go away. The joy she felt when stabbing Alison was the ultimate feeling. She couldn't stop laughing, as she continued to stab Alison over and over again, but even that high cleared. She smiled as she remembered the memory. It was the best she'd have for a long time. She stood up and threw the ripped hair in the bin. Even though she still had those melancholy dark feelings in the depths of her, killing Alison had chipped away some of it. But no matter how bad felt, no matter how low she went, or how far broken she was, she'd still rise up. Somehow gravity didn't apply to her.
