"Princess," I said, changing the subject. "Do you have any feelings for me?" I asked, as seductively as I could. She rose from her chair.
"No," she said.
"Lies,"
"I fucking hate you, Darden," she crossed her arms. I realized that was the first time she said my name, and I loved the way it rolled out of her mouth.
"Then why," I started to whisper. "Do you make that little noise every time I touch you?"
"I do not!"
I grabbed her wrists and pinned her to the wall. Her eyes darted from my eyes, to my lips, to my chest and back up again. I slid my arm up her thigh and she let out a small whimper.
"See," I teased, and dropped her arms.
"I'm done with this," she muttered.
"You're no fun," I said. That got her attention, and she put her hands on her hips.
"Why do you act so obsessed with me?" she asked in a snarky tone.
I laughed and took off my shirt. She was staring, I knew she would.
"Who's obsessed with who, princess?"
