You and Meggy will have to find a way to stop the war and from the help from Sonic and the gang and your friends, stop Fleetway before she makes her final move. Fleetway also went to Dr.Eggman and ask him if he wants to take over the world to make his Eggman Empire. Dr.Eggman accepted and use his robots to create his empire. This war has started!
