Okay real summary:
Kanai Athena came to Japan when she was in middle school. After transferring to another high school during her first year, she surprisingly becomes close friends with Tsukishima Kei. Read as the chaotic duo go through slight ups and downs in order to figure out their feelings for one another.

As school starts [f/n] is very shy and scared to make friends with people due to her past. But what happens when [f/n] becomes manager of the boys volleyball team and realizes it's not just organizing and discussing volleyball plays. As manager it becomes harder to cover up her past until something terrible happens. Although if it wasn't for some sly beanpole [f/n] wouldn't be where she was today. Ngl this story went bad but it's whateva. ⚠︎︎𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆⚠︎︎- references to: abuse, hostility, depression, bullying, self harm and suicide. Little did she know she would be moving back after 2 weeks in America. That's right 2 weeks. (Y/n)'s mother realizes the mistake she made after moving so decides to move back to Miyagi prefecture. The only thing is that (y/n)'s dad is with another woman. (Y/n)'s mom is devastated but understands. She has to understand. He's a businessman so he HAS to marry someone. Once (y/n) moves back she is kinda excited but at the same time nervous. She ends up realizing that Karasuno is the closest school so she has to see Kageyama again. Once she's there she can't find him anywhere. She does find, however, her old elementary-middle school friends. Once she finds out about the volleyball club she remembers how much Kageyama loved volleyball and notices that there's an opportunity to join by becoming the assistant manager for when the 3rd year, Kiyoko Shimizu, graduates.
