Two years after Khalil's memories of the Pierce family are erased along with Painkiller's kill code, Jen comes to Akashic Valley for a transfer semester. She runs into Khalil at his bar, but he doesn't remember her.... 

Will Jen leave him alone and move on with her future, or will she do everything in her power to get him to remember her, and at what cost? And when Jen and Khalil get embroiled in Maya Odell's insidious plot, will they escape unscathed? 

My take on what happened after the events of the season 4 Black Lightning series finale. Basically, I believe that Jen and Khalil deserve a happy ending after everything they've gone through, and I intend to give them one after I make them suffer a lil bit, just because 😈😈Tutti i diritti riservati

IT didn't go anywhere obviously but I spent a long time writing it so I figured I should still put it out there. Its on the long side so if you like that kinda thing enjoy! Keep in mind this is before season 3 and 4 so a lot of things are not current but I still think its a fun read.

I feel my phone vibrate in my back pocket. I reach behind me and pull my phone out, clicking on the message. I see Kevin's name at the top and I smile. I open the message and as I read it, I pay no attention to where I'm walking. As I read the first work of the message, I bump into a large figure with a hard chest. A gasp falls from my lips, my eyes tightly close and my hand raises in the air to catch anything that'll brace me from falling. He softly whispers as if I'm not here. His voice soothes the ache of everything that has happened in the past couple of years, it makes every bad thought dissapear. His name flows out of my mouth so smoothing and easily like I never stopped saying it. It rolls off of my tongue and as soon as I say it out loud, I never want to stop saying it again. "Hero.." **** It's been 2 years. To long of a time to be away from the person you're destined to be with. Stuck in an abusive relationship, all because Hero couldn't leave her mind, Josephine struggles to get away.
