I heard those words quite a lot everyday. All of my days consisted of supervised learning, no socialising, and extreme punishments for being imperfect.
What is perfection? Is it natural to have to strive to reach it? Is there a reward at the end? For me, I didn't care. I only wanted to survive.
I, Hiro Mikuryu, am what people would call... a student. I have enrolled into the Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School, in seek of freedom for 3 years. After that, maybe my final day will come.
