Qualia is a 17-year-old Jedi-in-training, living with the Resistance.

For as long as she could remember, she lived with the Resistance. Her life has never been normal. 

At 17, she's entrusted with a rank and a job within the Resistance. Train with Lak'ech. He guides Qualia along with her training, teaching her everything she knows. 

An excerpt: 
The TIEs turned around, locking onto the resistance's ship. Poe attempted to shake them to no avail, leading them away from the base. 

"Can't you do something?" he asked, not taking his gaze away from the sky. 

"I'm not that strong!" Qualia shouted back, her helmet bouncing around at her feet. 

"At least try!" 

Qualia exhaled, pulling her legs up onto the seat in a crisscross manner, unbuckling the harness strapping her in. Just then, Poe rolled the X-Wing to the left to avoid some more blasts, knocking Qualia out of her seat. She banged against the side of the ship, wincing. 

"Are you going to do something already?" Poe asked, shooting down another TIE, leaving three. 

"Stop stressing me out!" she snapped. 

Poe muttered something under his breath, something that sounded like swearing, turning his attention back to the remaining TIE fighters.

My earliest memory is pain. Pain of losing a mother, pain of losing the love of a father, pain from the isolation that happened after the incident. I am reminded by others that what happened on that day was an accident and it wasn't my fault, but deep down I know what truly happened and so does my father and brothers. The deep self-anger and self-hate I have was slowly consuming me until I was taken away by General Organa and the Resistance. My life was beginning to look brighter, until the day I was kidnapped by the First Order. This is where my story neither begins nor ends. This is when my story becomes dark, so dark that even a Sith Lord would tremble in fear. I don't own the Star Wars universe (duh) but I do own the main character and those that are not from SW. There will be spoilers, but the storyline might diverge a bit from the original plot from the films.

Given as an orphan, she was raised for a couple years enough to be a youngling already along with Osha & her twin Mae too. Osha & Imani had agreed to join the Jedi. But Mae had other plans. Very different from light. Imani's nightmares had been hunting her ever since her parents died due to a tragic war many years ago. The only mysterious thing was a young man with a dark aura along his dark helmet who proved that he was a dark sith with his red lightsaber that outshined her vision. A sith who suddenly made her have a nightmare about him ever since she was given to the Jedi and taught as a youngling. She knew the visions she had of the man, lead to the future-she had no clue of but sensed danger to it, such as haunt her overnight. She knew it had to mean something & who that person was she always saw in her nightmares. But it wasn't the ones she had ever experienced. Not from her past. A coward, always the coward in the family, not like Ben had been. Alder couldn't even use the force, though his skill with a lightsaber was admirable. Now he has an opportunity to redeem himself and bring his brother back to the light, will he be able to accomplish his task and learn to accept his lack of the Force or will Kylo Ren destroy him completely? One thing is certain: The First Order has strength beyond that of the Resistance and with Zeh Skurn under their influence the Resistance needs Luke Skywalker found and Finn, Poe, and Rey must help Alder find his true path if they are to ever defeat Kylo Ren.
