Not everyone breaks out of their childhood fears. And Kacy who is still utterly scared of the dark is one of them. When doing her weekly workout routine at the gym, the power shuts out, leaving her in a room with what she fears the most, pitch blackness.

But there's one person that helps her through the panic that she endures, teaching her something she wouldn't have learned if it weren't for them.
