Calli was part of a failed experiment by the Kaminoans. But instead of discarding her, she was groomed to be the ultimate soldier that would do the Kaminoan's bidding. Jango Fett would be her teacher and she'd be an unstoppable force. At least that was the plan.
Until she went rogue.
When the person she looked up to as a father figure is killed by a Jedi, she's left traumatized and leaves everything she knew behind.
For two years she spends living hand to mouth, with nothing but the clothes on her back. Then a chance meeting with The Bad Batch has her questioning her identity and who she wants to be. Can this strange bunch of clones help her find her own path? Or will her past never let her free?
(Author's note: This is NOT romance book between my oc and the boys. Their relationship is strictly platonic, they're RELATED for goodness sake. Just thought I'd clarify.🙂)

It fits into the season as if it was always a part of what was happening. What if Crosshair stays with the empire because he has more there that just being a good soldier to come back to? Written in novel format based on Season 1 of the Bad Batch, this is a platonic romance that dives into the darkness of what Kamino has done to the clones and what the future holds for them after Order 66 and the enactment of War-Mantle. As an author, I enjoy looking deeper at the issues of interpersonal drama woven together with politics.
