As I'm crowned I notice the weight of the crown. It is overwhelmingly heavy. Not with gold, but with responsibility. It's enough to break my resilience almost. How I long to see my father again, I sneak a glance down to my mother and watch a tear fall from her eye. I can read her eyes, She wanted me to have a simple life in silence but I refused. Father would've wanted me to inherit his throne, It is my duty to grant his final wish. I stand, newly throned and speak "In my father Harold Landon's passing, I have become King of Lysis," Another tear from my mother's eye "And as King I solemnly swear to lead Lysis to prosperity as my father did before me!" With this I release my sword from my side and raise it into the air.
