Vanniel, Magus and Telepath, recently noticed a spike in power in the center of her City. there have always been ups and downs in the weave of magic, but this, this was different. since the rise of science, humanity has largely forgot about magic, and so, spikes like this one, hasnt been seen in centruies. Vanniel should know, she had been there when it happened.
