Hello. This is my first time making a full on story, so I'm sorry in advance if it's cringe or just bad in general. But anyway, this story is about my original character named Yuri Bleddyn (Evil Hunter). I've had this OC for a very long time and changed them allot ha 😅. And in this story it is going to have the setting in hell, because why not.

Direct crosspost from Ao3 This is an INTENSELY self indulgent prequel for the events of Monster Hunter World following the life of the Commander. Fic takes place from the First Fleet setting out and covers things like the Celestial Pursuit ending up on a mountain, the Scoutflies, the Seeker peacing out, the Research Base crash landing, and some other stuff I'm forgetting, and ends right before the opening sequence of the game. So if you like Monster Hunter, and for some reason you're not here for the monster part (why are we here? Where is the appeal beyond big monster?), we're here together. Ngl, I wrote this because he is 100% my OC's type, and I had brain worms until I wrote it all out. I'm freeeee!
