Back in 1988, a tragic event would rip across the small town of Shadow Creek, involving the massacre of The Tex family and the disappearance of the man who committed the acts. The only clues would be a bloody ax and warning that he will return in six years to claim more lives.
Years passed by and a young group of friends ride into town to visit an old friend of theirs for the weekend, unaware of the tragic event, or the six years that have passed since it. The visit soon turned into a night of terror when their friend becomes the target of a mysterious ax-wielding creep.
Will they survive the night with a straight head or will it be rolling?
