This story takes place before Kirby and Neptune: Dimension Force and after HDN V/Re;birth 3.

After saving the Ultradimension form the CPU Tari, Neptune and her friends got an invitation to Dr. Eggman's Incredible Interstellar Amusement Park as they decided to accept it for their vacation. But things turn upside down when they discovered that Eggman was capturing these aliens called Wisps and stealing Share Energy to use his Hypnotize machine to take over Gamindustri. And Now, join Neptune and her friends as they have to put a stop to Eggman's plan with a help of Sonic and Tails to save Gamindustri from being hypnotized. Will they prevail in time? Only one way to find out.

One that stands taller than any of their structures. With a shell made of metal and a heart made of gold, this monster is only feared by those that the CPU's cannot handle. Giant beasts cower at his name and revere him. Although, the metal monster has made an oath to himself that he shall never let his existence or that of the giant beasts be known to any of the humans of Gamindustri. But one day, he found out the hard way that the giant beasts are getting stronger and evolving. He soon realizes that in order to keep up his fight, he too must evolve. After a fight with a particularly strong beast, he sits and rests in a secluded forest, hoping to regain his strength and repair. But suddenly, he hears a small and feminine voice call to him. As reaching the age of 15, he enters as a Basilicom guard at Planeptune and the top tier Basilicom knight taught him swordmaship until he became a 2nd tier Basilicom knight Throughout the years, when ASIC controls Gamindustri, Perseus helps a lot to keep ASIC from taking over Planeptune with piracy, dealing Linda as she spreads it around Planeptune for years. 3 years later, IF and Compa manage to bring back Nepgear safe and sound while the other CPUs are still held captive with a formidable for guarding them. Histoire insists that they should recover their lost shares before attempting a rescue mission and they should also seek help with the CPU candidates from the other nations.
