This story takes place before Kirby and Neptune: Dimension Force and after HDN V/Re;birth 3.

After saving the Ultradimension form the CPU Tari, Neptune and her friends got an invitation to Dr. Eggman's Incredible Interstellar Amusement Park as they decided to accept it for their vacation. But things turn upside down when they discovered that Eggman was capturing these aliens called Wisps and stealing Share Energy to use his Hypnotize machine to take over Gamindustri. And Now, join Neptune and her friends as they have to put a stop to Eggman's plan with a help of Sonic and Tails to save Gamindustri from being hypnotized. Will they prevail in time? Only one way to find out.

Prior to the events, when Perseus was only 5 years old, he was found by Histoire just behind Planeptower and took him in for 5 years and they let Mina, the Oracle of Lowee to take care of him for the next 5 years. He grows up with a sardonic nature due to the fact of Blanc's influence especially when he hears her swear in front of him. Nepgear, Rom and Ram are his only childhood friends especially Nepgear whom he played a lot with, and he also got attached to her, making up a promise with her to become a Basilicom Knight to protect her. As reaching the age of 15, he enters as a Basilicom guard at Planeptune and the top tier Basilicom knight taught him swordmaship until he became a 2nd tier Basilicom knight Throughout the years, when ASIC controls Gamindustri, Perseus helps a lot to keep ASIC from taking over Planeptune with piracy, dealing Linda as she spreads it around Planeptune for years. 3 years later, IF and Compa manage to bring back Nepgear safe and sound while the other CPUs are still held captive with a formidable for guarding them. Histoire insists that they should recover their lost shares before attempting a rescue mission and they should also seek help with the CPU candidates from the other nations. (This story has Mk2/Rebirth 2 story elements)
