She was set up to marry Rumplestiskin's son Baelfire and had her son Prince Henry.
He's just called Bae or Baelfire in this story not Neal
Emma ran away with her son, then she came across The Jolly Rodger
That's where she sets sail with pirates and meets Captain Hook
