Miguel O'Hara, better known as Spider-Man 2099, searches for a Spider-Man who's able to control the rowdy few that managed to escape his clutches in order to stop them from ruining the canon events.

And who better to do the job than a Spider-Man whose sole purpose is to find entertainment, even if that means using methods considered by many to be villainous?

Enter Octavian R. Corleone, better known to all as "The Bloody Puppeteer." Feared for his brutal and effective methods of taking down villains and despised for his arrogant behavior.

With the abilities of the spider that bit him and his ability to break the fourth wall, read as his arrogant and aggressive nature takes a turn when he meets a bubbly, cheerful, and sweet girl riding a mech.
