I 'm a reporter. And a recent series of events has me tasked with the job of interviewing the serial killer known as prisoner 489. Before they were incarcerated they simply went by 489. Due to the recent pandemic visitors are heavily limited and anyone other than family must contact through letters. I  sent a series of questions to prisoner 489 and this is what I received.
