Nagi awakens 3700 years into the future. People had turned into stone and she's left to wander the vast wilderness. She initially thinks of herself to be the only person walking the earth until learning that it's actually far from the truth. She finds and quickly aligns herself with this young scientist who knows the secret of depetrification. Her only wish is to go back to her normal peaceful days, and to see the people important to her once again.
But what's this thing about being in a war? This man named Senku was killed? And who on earth is this mentalist with questionable motives. And here she thought humanity being turned to stone was confusing enough.
