The Revenge Killer

Willow Hills use to be a quiet town to raise your kids, but now everyone is making sure to not do anything wrong when the killer has lost control. He wants to rid the world of the bad and that is up to his interruption. This town is on edge in the hands of a killer. This story will be told from the point of view of the killer, a parent, a cop, a student, and a few victims.
