It all changed after Yami met a young, teenaged boy, named Yugi. After 5,000 years of being alone, Yugi has finally let him free, by putting together the millennium puzzle. They soon become very close friends, although, Yugi doesn't seem to realize how much freeing Yami means to Yami himself. Now, Yami won't have to be alone, as long as Yugi's there to accompany him, and then later on... love him.
