What if Mono stayed in the Wilderness? What if Seven survived the Maw and went to the Wilderness? What if Mono and Seven become friends instead of Six? Basically this is from a series of "what if" questions that I attempt to answer. book 4 of 4 Six has ended up in the place of Mono after he went all sadistic Thin Man on her. She now has to traverse through everything Mono went through. He wanted her to know how it felt for him every time the loop started over. But there's one problem. Mono could remember how to fight the monsters, Six has no clue what she's up against. With both his and her memories gone they have no clue how to stay safe in this world. Will they survive, or will they fall victim to the monsters? Or worse, the Signal Tower?Complete

He smiled warmly up at her, tears spilling over. "I'm sorry," he choked out, and he really was. The last thing he wanted was to leave Six all by herself. He knew loneliness all too well. But at least, this way, she would be able to live her life, far away from the cruelties that threatened them every minute as they had gotten closer to the Signal Tower. After the Signal Man had taken her, he devoted himself to getting her back no matter the cost. There was no price too big to pay. He would give up everything for her. Alternatively: If given the choice, Mono would totally sacrifice himself to save Six, if the circumstances were set up that way. Basically, the ending of Little Nightmares 2, but slightly different. The real ending broke me, and was nothing but angst, so here's angst with a happy ending. Beware of spoilers. A Twisted Little Nightmare
Trapped inside of the Black Tower for so long, Mono felt himself slowly becoming the Thin Man like the previous cycles has done before. Wanting to escape this prison, finds a way to leave and destroy the cycle but nothing worked as the Flesh Monster kept on bringing him back. When he is about to lose hope that nothing is gonna change, something or someone offered him a hand to truly leave this torture indefinitely and take him to a world that will make him feel free from all of it. How can Mono handle being stuck in a Magician's world? In a school for magicians? In Twisted Wonderland.
