Marie wakes up in a mysterious cage with no memories from her previous life except for her name and how things work. When the cage opens, she finds herself surrounded by boys whose memories are also gone in a place they call the Glade. Ongoing (I'll add a proper, thought-out summary when it's finished)
All characters and settings except for Marie belong to James Dashner.
Also, please feel free to leave comments with constructive criticism and/or things you may or may not like about it.
(Shameless self promo here, but) Guys, please go read my best friend and I's new original book that we are working on. It alternates between the perspective of two high school students, one written by me and one written by her. And is vastly different from this one, but I'm hoping to get a lot of reads because we are wanting to publish it someday...

In the end, WCKD is good, right? (This is a Newt fanfic that is based primarily on the movies, though some aspects will be from the books. I WROTE THIS A LONG TIME AGO THE AUTHOR'S NOTES MEAN NOTHING AND I'M TOO LAZY TO DELETE THEM A girl wakes up in an elevator, her memories slowly dissapearing. The elevator eventually stops and she is brought into her new home: the Glade. Unsure of what her name is and only remembering one thing, fear immediately impacts her and everything she does. But, she finds out, she isn't like the other Gladers (not just because she's a girl). With the new discovery making her more afraid than ever, she must try to hide it from the other gladers so they won't hurt her. Can she do it while trying to get out of the maze, or will it be one or the other? This is a maze runner fanfiction. Only maze runner. Something from the show Teen Wolf plays a HUGE part in this story, but the Teen Wolf plot and characters will never make an appearance, and will never be mentioned. This is a TMR fanfic. A Newt x fem!Reader. (Sorry to everyone else about the pronouns) I'm not going to give a ton of the plot away, but why don't you just try the first chapter and see what you think? If you don't like it, no biggie! I wake up to the sound of metal clanging off metal. It isn't a peaceful awakening I think. It was pitch black wherever I am, yet there is a sliver of light at the top of this.....tunnel maybe. The Glade
Gasping, she awakens in a dark metal room. It jolts alive as she is lifted faster and faster up a shaft. Where is she, how did she get here. The cage screeches to a sudden halt and the roof doors are flung open by a group of filthy-looking boys. ----- Maze Runner FF. Fare warning though, I am approaching this from a mostly book view, though feel free to use movie characters for physical references. I have. This is also early Glade... Very early when Nick was in charge before Alby(books not movie). This is also a test and the first thing I've written or shared outside of school. If I continue this would also be a GallyXReader.
