While on her way home from work, Hermione finds herself running into the new Mrs. Malfoy, formally known as Astoria Greengrass. 
Surprisingly, the two get along GREAT! So great that Astoria reveals to her exactly WHY she can't get pregnant and give Draco the child he's always wanted.
With a little persuasion from, surprisingly, her own fiance, Ron Weasley, Hermione offers to be the surrogate mother for the Malfoys. 
However, Astoria seems to be hiding a couple of other secrets from both her friend AND her husband... what will happen when these secrets finally come out?

I know, the summary kinda sucks... I might go back and change it up later. For now though... this is it.
I actually came up with this idea a few days ago and couldn't get it out of my head (usually how I end up writing all my stories). However, I'm not exactly sure how well this will be received, so I'm posting chapter one to get a feel as to whether I should continue writing this one. 
So if you read it, please tell me what you think. 
Now, I'm not a hermaphrodite, so basically all the information I use I will have found online. I don't mean to offend anyone, so if I do, you may choose to either not read it, or leave a calm comment explaining your thoughts, and how the story might be perceived better.
Either way, if you DO choose to read, PLEASE let me know what you think.

I do not own any of the Harry Potter characters, I only borrow them to tell the story (makes it more interesting). And while the concept Base Shapes were found online, the cover image and design are my own work, that I spent hours on, so please don't steal it.

We are students at Hogwarts 3 years post war. The students who were in their last 2 years of school when the battle began were invited back 3 years later to finish their studies (think of it as straight away if you don't want to think of it as 3 years later, the whole school kid thing makes me cringe so I'm going for a bit more of a uni thing). Obviously there's no kids yet, no one has gotten married yet but Harry and Ginny, and Ron and Hermione are together. Astoria and Draco never got together so this is a y/n and Draco story. Draco and y/n are not related, Voldemort was never his uncle and besides y/n is adopted from a muggle birth mother and magical birth father (I thought I'd add that because I know what people can be like with the whole Malfoy and Riddle 'family connection', absolutely none of that in this story thanks x) The main character is Y/n Riddle. Y/n Riddle was adopted by Voldemort years prior to be brought up and used as a weapon to get close to Harry while they were at school together. Harry and y/n ended up falling for each other, y/n went behind her fathers back to help the Order but Harry found out who her father is and swore he'd never have anything to do with y/n ever again. Y/n went back to the dark side and ultimately played a part in the dark sides down fall. The students who were recruited as death eaters while at Hogwarts weren't sent to Askaban Prison as they were children and the ministry believed that they should have a second chance. However, attending Hogwarts 3 years later was made compulsory for those students- if they refused then Askaban was their only other option. A few never renounced their ways due to their families but y/n, Blaise Zabini, Pansy Parkinson, Draco Malfoy, Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley and Ginny Weasley all went back including a few other students that we'll meet through out. No one's ever said it out loud but I know the truth. I'm the dark lords daughter. That's a hard reality to cope with, but at least I have my best friends by my side. I've lived my whole life in Malfoy manor so Draco is hands down my best friend. And of course my other best friend, Orion Black, Regulus Blacks son. The three of us, inseparable. Things get hard though as we leave for Hogwarts and it leaves me to navigate the world being Voldemort's secret daughter. This is a redo of a story I write a while back called secret child of bellatrix lestrange. The plot I plan to keep similar but I am cutting out her being bellatrix's daughter just cause I want it to be her and Draco and if she's bellatrix's daughter that's basically incest and it's just icky. But yah I hope you enjoy and I hope this writing is better than the last version of this I did.
