The Outrageous Adventure of the Szombathelyi Ghosts

1920: When Salwa Rathbone, graduate student of antiquity, receives an invitation to join the team of her mentor in cataloguing the legendary Szombathelyi Collection, she leaps at the chance. No one has seen the collection since the mysterious death of Andromeda Szombathelyi forty years prior, and a catalogue has never been produced. This is exactly the opportunity Salwa needs to make her name in the academic community.

Jim Valentine has been lost since the end of the Great War. With no home and no family to return to, he drifts around post-War Europe with no joy or purpose. A chance meeting with Salwa leads to him being hired as a man-of-all-work for her team. It's a job, at any rate, even if this woman is mad as a hatter, and Jim badly needs a purpose.

From the beginning, nothing at the Szombathelyi Manor goes right. Supplies go missing, art and artefacts are disappear, and something dark stalks the halls of the manor. As the team finds itself plagued by an unseen force, Salwa and Jim begin to wonder: what exactly did Andromeda Szombathelyi awaken all those years ago? And how can they destroy it before it destroys them?
