It had to do with the fact that sometimes gods have children, and those children end up with a lot of work, many messes to clean and a lot of mistakes that probably won't be dealt with the easy way. Sounds fun, right? This is the one where I receive a prophesy that leads to a quest. Percy Son of Chaos Prince of the Galaxy's
Percy isn't the normal boy everyone seems to think he is. One day the gods come to camp half-blood and claim that Percy betrayed the gods by conspiring with Gaea. Percy survived on his own for years before his real father found him. Here is a teaser to give you a taste of what is to come if you end up reading this story. Now that I look back on that experience I now know that you are to never trust the gods completely, or then again at all because the only thing that they do well is making the life of a demigod miserable. But at the same time I am so thankful to them because I know why I never truly belonged. Because I am Skylex son of Chaos prince of the Galaxy's Assassin of many. ***guys. i wrote this when i was 14 at the height of COVID-19. proceed w caution*** It's been a year after the Giant War, and things are going great for The Seven and friends. But a twist in the middle of summer make things go from heaven on earth to complete destruction. One sunny afternoon, Percy gets summoned to Olympus by his father. Naturally, Annabeth follows. When they arrive, Poseidon tells them that he want the 2 of them to go on a question in California, to retrieve a demigod. They wonder why a satyr can't do it, or why it has to be them, not anyone else. After a bit of convincing, they're on their way to Cali, via plane, credit to Zeus. What they don't know, is that another mysterious young demigod was also assigned to this quest. Hali Peterson. Daughter of Poseidon, born in 1937, dropped in the Lotus Casino at age 14, till her father pulled her out in the middle of the Giant War, in hopes to gain some more power in the underwater battle that raging at his palace. Now it was the next summer, and 15 year old Hali was living the dream in Southern California, occasionally going on different quests for her father. What happens when she meets her brother on one of these quests? I hope you like this! *DISCLAMER* This is a fanfiction novel! Rick Riordan is the proud and proper owner of the Percy Jackson series. --- This story introduces a new character to the Percy Jackson series with a life that leaves both himself and others around him in question. Throughout his life he was told to do what he was told to do or endure the consequence, not even questioning how his life ended up the way it is. After years of dealing with this indescribable pain, he came to the belief that he'd die with this horrible life. Or so he thought. With what began with a terrible loss actually leads up to a life he never expected to have. He earns great reward, respect, and a bright future for completing a severe quest that depended on succession. However, like many quests this one's not going to be easy. Whether it be mythological monsters or a haunting from his past, he manages to triumph over them all thanks to a couple of familiar and new faces. Throughout his quest he finds answers to many questions to his life but one: Is this where his story ends? --- Before you begin reading there's a few more things I want to mention regarding the story. Some chapters are narrated by different characters (symbols will be provided), there are mild abusive moments, it doesn't immediately dive into arriving at Camp Half-Blood nor knowing the main character's name, and this story takes place a month after The Titans Curse (so Percy, Annabeth, and Grover won't be included in "this" story). This is my first story, so I hope y'all like it. This story is dedicated to my high school teachers (for the sake of their privacy, I won't give their names). It was thanks to them I found my passion for writing and came up with the idea to post my stories. I am forever grateful for what they've done for me, I thank them for their undying support, and I doubt I'd be doing this without them. Thank you.
