Ten years passed since Eragon defeated Galbatorix, and Eragon was currently training new dragon riders with the Dragon Order in Mount Arngor when an elf-human traveller carrying a bronze egg had arrived. 

Soon, the egg had hatched to a girl who was prophesied to reunite the broken Far Eastern Reaches after the devastating war that its old emperor against Du Weldenvarden. 

Will Eragon be able to train her well? Will the girl truly be able to unite the broken Far Eastern Reaches once again?

Once the truce between dragons and elves is made the dragons gave the elves three eggs, once they hatched the new riders must train to become the heroes and protectors Eragon (the original one not Eragon Brom's son) expects them to be, but then the new queen Dellanir forbids dragon riders to enter the elves' forests, making it a little more difficult.
