A high school experiences a power outage. The sky becomes gloomy. Possesed students roam the dark hallways. Students die after another. A large group of friends split into smaller group to find things they need for their survival. Dramatic events occur, but they still stick together. Will these students be able to survive this outbreak? This was a group stories my friends and I wrote. I felt like I should give them some credit. This isn't related to this story but, Hi i'm Kate. this is my first fully written story, though its only a short story i'm very proud of myself for fully committing to one theme and finishing it. This short story is very over dramatic and complicated because its my first story but I hope you enjoy. Description: "What are your summer plans?" My teacher asks the class. My classmates respond with the basic responses, vacation, beach, and hanging out with friends. I respond with vacation, but I don't even want to go to Orange County. It's not too far from where I live, but Sana Cruz and OC is a long drive. The bell rings, that means it's summer, that means I have to spend a whole summer away and with my dad, but my friends and I have plans to go have a bonfire at the peer tonight so at least ill have that before I leave all summer.Terminé

Hello! This is a story I wrote a few years ago when I was 11/12. It is not the best written at the start but I didn't want to edit it (it gets better as my writing improves). It involves a school trip where the plane crashes, killing the pilot and landing them on a tropical island. The wooden floorboards creak underneath my footsteps as I walk down the abandoned hallway, my flashlight swinging back and forth in front of me. The cold air from the hallway seeps through my already wet cold clothes, making me shiver. I'm almost at the end of the hallway when I see a door on my left. I stop and stand in front of it. I place my hand on the doorknob and twist it open. I let my eyes adjust to the darkness, finally I see what's in the room. A scream of terror erupts from my throat. My body freezes itself as I stare at the hanged corpse of one of my friends.--------------------Think about this: What do you think will happen when 100 passengers crash land on an abandoned island and only 8 survive.
