Bree and Chase won the 74th Supernatural Games and have returned home to District 6. Separated into four parts, Bree and Chase face so much conflict during their journey from returning to being thrown back into the Games for the Quarter Quell. During that, there are rumors about a rebellion in all the districts due to the act with the poisonous berries in last year's Games. When Kira Blackwood's name is reaped, she knows she's screwed. All usurpers were executed (except those pesky star-crossed lovers, who knows where they ran off to), District 13 was destroyed for good (but District 12 was rebuilt, on the basis that the Capitol realized that it actually really needed coal), and the Hunger Games were reinstated. Disclaimer: I don't own any of the rights to the Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins, or to the Lionsgate adaptation of her books. (Obviously.) Life for victors is still hard. Nobody wins the game; there are only survivors. Johanna knows that well since her win in the 68th game and her family suffering the consequence of her not bending the knee to the Capitol. She grew cold, distant, and snappy more than before, an angry woman, sending off two tributes to die each year, having stopped caring about anything since there was no one left to hurt to get to her. That was until the 71st group of tributes showed up, a boy and a girl born into the wrong district, to the wrong fate. And finally, there was a chance for District 7 to gain another winner in its small ranks. Finally, there was a chance for Johanna to open up to the world of feelings again. There is Blight erasure, lol, and Johanna won an earlier game no need to point it out)
