The Turtle Flu, as Splinter had come to call it in previous years, striked hard and fast, taking out all four of his sons within hours, but this time he wasn't alone in helping these four special turtles. It's up to him, April, and Casey to help the ninjas back onto their feet again as they battle a sickness that ravenges their bodies.
