Instead of no quirk at all, Izuku Midoriya is born with an extremely unordinary quirk, by the name of magic. This special quirk allows him to be born with more brain cells as well as better memory and not much of a nervous system. He was also born with the ability to manipulate a special substance called orbo. This substance is made up of 50% star atoms, 20% moon dust, and 30% natural ingredients. The thing is, this is barely anything compared to the potential this quirk stores. Izuku signs up for an elite hero course in a high-level school called UA.
