It is here that she grows close to her next door neighbor, Bucky Barnes. Whom she met him years prior when Zemo broke him out of custody. As they begin to heal from their traumatic lives, they find solace in each other.

Yes, it's pretty boring. Not alot of action but I think Bucky deserved a normal boring life since he lived such a chaotic one.

His black market knowledge could prove critical to tracking down the source of the virus and safeguard Wakanda. This assumes Bucky and Zemo kissed during the events of TFATWS, but otherwise everything fits canon.
