Tsukasa Kadoya, otherwise known as Kamen Rider Decade, The Destroyer of Worlds, has saved the 9 separate worlds of the Heisei Riders, combining them into one. Years after his adventure, he discovers the time to pass down his power to the next generation has come. Using his reality hopping abilities, he comes across a world where the only threat to them, is common viruses, a  global pandemic, and humanity itself. After discovering a white haired teen saving a man from death, decided to follow him home, as he felt that the kid was his true successor. After a talk, and several months of training, Jamie Avdol was now Kamen Rider Decade. Of course, having the power of the Destroyer of Worlds, nothing goes easy, and nothing is safe. A world where 80% of the population has a superpower, is in danger from a great threat, and only Jamie can save it.
