Cylthiana is the daughter of Draken and Maritha, the queen and lord of the dragons. Through child birth Maritha was poisoned by a dragon hunter and she died giving birth to Cylthiana. Now because of the poison running through her veins she was born human and her dragon spirit was cursed into a deep sleep. To protect her from evils, Draken put a spell on her to mask the scent of her dragon and she was sent to the human realm to a family that helped protect dragons from hunters.

Living the disgrace of her grandfather, Xia's parents send her to the Fire Nation Captial to try to win favor with the Fire Lord. Little Xia is meant as the most recent playmate for Princess Azula, a very dangerous job. However, Xia matched Azula in her Firebending abilities, and the two become friendly rivals. Xia became famous for her yellow fire, not nearly as dangerously hot as Azula's blue fire, but a warmth that fuels Xia's will. Though Xia was close friends with Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee, she volunteered to accompany Zuko and Iroh on their hunt to find the Avatar. Calm and patient Xia became Zuko's new sparring partner, and Iroh's favorite Pai Sho challenger. "How can you be drinking tea at a time like this?!" Zuko demanded. I looked at him as if surprised by his stupidity, "because I do not particularly like cold tea." A laugh followed my statement and we both turned to Iroh, "you see, Prince Zuko. Xia knows that there are times to march forward, but there are also times to take a step back." "What does that even mean?" Zuko asked furiously. "It means that I take time to think," I replied gently. "Now, why don't we go and continue your quest for the Avatar?" *I update by book. So the first thirteen chapters are book one. There is an old folklore about the Children of the Forest. They were mortal spirits who were the First Benders with the ability to travel freely to the spirit world and to the human realm. Each with their own element of air, water, earth and fire. They were one with their elemental animals and travelled the spirit and human realm freely. Fire Lord Azulon was one of the very few humans aware that this folklore was more than a mere legend, although slightly altered, but factual. He sought out dragons and in one of his searches he found a Child of the Forest with a Fire Element by sheer unfortunate luck and after defeating her, he imprisoned her. (Y/N) was seen as the key object of victory within the Fire Nation and a driving force of power to their legacy and supremacy but to Zuko she was not a weapon of mass destruction or a spirit creature; she was so much more. As the Sozins Comet approaches and the Avatar Aang prepares to face Firelord Ozai with the help of his friends, it's clear that Zuko and (Y/N)'s paths are more far apart than they know. Not only did she suffer from a burn from the newborn, she didn't feel the motherly love she felt for her firstborn to her second. She couldn't hold her or even look at her. But she's not a cruel woman, so she found a wet nurse and let the other woman raise her. Well, that was the plan until for a whole day straight the baby girl wouldn't and couldn't stop crying. Even Ozai heard it and came to yell at Ursa for failing as a mother. When the child had finally shutten up, Ozai turned to see the young guard gently holding the baby.
