After Xu Feng and Jin Mi left the deity realm to reside in mortal realm, everything went back to normal. 1000 after the fight, nor Heavenly emperor, nor Demon queen cross path with each other, due to their concept of mind. Only when Dan Zhu feel bored, because there is no one interesting for him to match making, that Yan You come up with an idea to match both broken hearted Queen and Lonely Emperor with each other. The plan to get them to fall in love deeply will take us to another tragedy.
Perhaps the plot, flow or logic of the story is not like in the novel (Ashes like frost) or drama (Ashes of Love), it is just my interpretation and desire to find an ending that is justify to Liu Ying and Run Yu. English is not my 1st and 2nd language, so if I made mistakes, please don't mind me.

In 2018, Xiao Zhan filmed 'The Untamed'. A lot of things happened since then. He woke up one day at a rather familiar place with some familiar faces. It was the day of his first lesson in Cloud Recesses. Thinking that it was a vivid lucid dream, he broke out of character to satisfy his curiosities. The next day, he still woke up in the same place. After a week of screaming upon waking up, he finally accepted in despair that he was not dreaming, and he was in MDSZ novel universe (or is it?). He determined to not die like Wei Wuxian, prevent tragedies and change the future. The first time Lan Wangji met Wei Wuxian, they fought on the roof. When he dreamed of the cliff scene and felt the sorrow and regret of losing someone he loved while watching helplessly at the falling figure, it plagued his mind greatly. He became even more disturbed when he noticed Wei Ying's changes. The two became close. Really close. Together, they planned to save the world and while they were doing just that... Enjoy the OP 'Wei Wuxian' with Xiao Zhan's temperament a.k.a Wei Wuxian 2.0 (the tamed version). ****** A/N: All illustrations in this story belongs solely to me (I drew them myself).
