Nic kromě tikajících hodin neslyšeli. Báli se promluvit. Báli se toho, že něco pokazí a čas uteče mnohem rychleji něž utíká teď. Času měli sice pořád dost, ale nebyl to pro ně dostatek. Modlili se, aby měli času přeci je více. 
Ale zrovna v ten den se narodila vlčice. Vlčice, která měla za úkol zničit ty hodiny, aby už nadále neničili zbytečně svět. Sama to ale nedokáže. 

Najde si plachá vlčice mezi psy nějaké kamarády, kteří s ní budou táhnout za jeden provaz? Nebo to riskne a půjde je sama najít a zničit?
