Not once has Sophia Torres really paid attention to any guy who's liked her and wanted a romantic relationship with her. She takes one good look at a guy and rejects him. Her focus and determination seems to be hard-rock solid, until Fredrick Park attends her high school.

Fate constantly pairs the two up. Then fate really did it, leaving no crumbs, when they're forced to go on a family trip to the Philippines, thanks to the closeness of their moms. Fred is half-Korean, half-Filipino, while Sophia is fully-Filipino.

The two get to know each other deeply. Fred sparks a connection with Sophia. He's drawn to her flaws.
Sophia notices he's different. She's charmed by his odd charisma no one seems to notice. Girls only see him for his looks, but her attraction towards Fred is in the little things. The way his eyes sparkle golden brown in fluorescent lights. His compassion towards the things he loves.

How will Sophia navigate through this "hassle" in her life. She's inexperienced and in full denial about her blossoming feelings for him. They are both living their own lives, two separate lives, colliding into one world whenever they're together.
