He has a kind heart but don't let that fool you. He has no problem setting people straight, if messed with.
Joe used to be a police officer. He quit the force close to 7 years after he joined. He wanted to do something to prevent all of those kids he was arresting from going down the wrong path. He knew there was something else out there he was meant to do.
