This is a work I had to do for english class. I reread the french play 'Andromaque' by Racine for the inspiration. We had to write a poem in the manner of Carol Ann Duffy in 'The World's wife'

Dear mind, you are weird!!
In times of solitude and despair I tend to drift away into a gloomy state, just thinking about how if, I could pen down these thoughts into words and document them for the purpose of reference and comfort.
