Arriving unannounced in Velaris, she finds herself unwelcome, particularly upon the revelation of her true nature. Yet, her arrival serves a purpose, and she remains undaunted. Her eyes are set on the spy master, aware that he plays a crucial role in the future, intertwined with the vision for which the Suriel sacrificed everything. Author's note: I wrote this fanfiction for two reasons. I found the shadowsinger fascinating and for a men to love a women for 500 years, I believed he had deserved a strong FMC, who would do anything for him. Secondly, my feminist spirit was ignited after reading numerous fantasy novels and realizing the lack of female characters who truly understood their own worth and power. I yearned to read about a woman like that, to witness her presence within the pages of a book. I firmly believe that women possess immense strength and capability, and embracing these qualities is something that can make us truly lovable. I wanted to challenge the traditional gender roles often seen in fantasy literature and showcase a female protagonist who was not only strong and independent, but also vulnerable and complex. I wanted to explore themes of love, sacrifice, and self-discovery through the lens of a powerful female character who defied societal expectations. Through my fanfiction, I aimed to create a story that celebrated the strength and resilience of women, while also highlighting the importance of self-love and empowerment. I wanted to inspire readers to embrace their own inner strength and recognize the value of their own voices. Ultimately, my fanfiction was a labor of love, a tribute to the power and beauty of women, and a testament to the idea that we are all capable of greatness, no matter our gender. I hope that my story resonates with readers and encourages them to embrace their own strength and worth, just as my main character does. Azriel deserves a goddess ❤️
