Athena Erskine was beautiful and bold. A female scientist in a world of men. Athena lived every day outnumbered but not outsmarted. Athena had to force her way into every room. So that she could demonstrate how much brighter, she is than all the men. And then have them pretend she is not as clever as them.
Artemis Erskine was beautiful and brave. A women who wanted to save every hurt and lost soul. Artemis wanted to help everybody. But in a world where the men were meant to do the saving. And the women being saved, Artemis had to let her abilities speak for themselves.
