Jealousy.
Dream has always been a jealous person. He's spiteful and arrogant, always needing to get his own way. This only worsened when he got to college, and now he can't spend one minute without being the center of attention.
Everything seems to change when the new art student, George, steals the attention from him. Even worse, the brunette seems to always pretend as if Dream doesn't exist. It's safe to say that Dream is jealous of this beautiful art prodigy, and jealousy goes a long way.

Even though George's life is in /shambles/, he's trying to find some comfort in his new...erm- friend. Unfortunately, he really can't just catch a break. Between his complicated relationship with his bully's best friend and the tragedies that occur as a result. Dream meets George, and immediately understands that something must be off. He wanted to make him feel better, and as he slowly makes more and more discoveries about George and his past, the worse it seems. Dream's in way over his head, not even considering the fact that he lives alone at 17 with his little sister to take care of. Sapnap also has issues. Every dream team member is traumatized and they all get their time to shine. Karl's here too.
