Hoseok's POV version

Seokjin slid into the driver's seat, closed the door, and put the key in the ignition. He turned to look at the younger two. Namjoon was pretty much asleep already, so Seokjin left him to it, knowing he needed the rest.

"What's happened, Hoseokie?" Seokjin asked, looking at the younger with sympathetic eyes. Hoseok was never one to show how down he was feeling, so the clear expression on his face told Seokjin it must have been something bad.

"He doesn't know who I am, hyung," Hoseok said in a very small voice, closing his eyes and letting his own words sink in. Seokjin frowned at the man. "Jimin doesn't remember me."

The group of seven men had managed to survive the first two months of the apocalypse, still not sure of what had happened to the world they once knew. They had to evacuate from their dorm house almost immediately after the outbreak of a lethal virus, which turned people into cannibalistic monsters, and they were forced to find sanctuary elsewhere.
