The world is a web of decisions. What we decide today changes our tomorrow. Each one of us is interconnected in this web. After the decisions of the war, the Ministry of Magic is tasked with the huge job of ensuring that nothing of the same sort will happen again. Unfortunately, the harsh punishments and fueled anger make war in the near future very likely.
With no idea what to do, the Minister of Magic turns to the only one who can help him ensure peace. Only to find out that the two people whom the entire muggle and magical universe are dependent on are sworn enemies. Hermione and Draco.
However, it was not always like that. The enemy's souls are intertwined as such, that as soulmates they can restore the balance of their crumbling world.
Because a lifetime ago, they were fated.
