Maven Jennings looks like a girl from the outside. But that is not who Maven is. Maven doesn't use she/her, he/him, or even they/them pronouns. Maven uses neopronouns, which are pronouns that don't identify with any binary pronouns. The pronouns Maven identifies with are shin/shins, and shin's proud of it. At least, shin would be. If shin wasn't bullied at every turn in shins new school, Avery Newcott Academy. Shin gets shoved in with the "misfits and freaks" of the school.

Y/N uses she/her pronouns in this book!! (I deeply apologize, I didn't think it though until after I wrote the first few chapters.) "I don't hate you. I could never possibly hate you. I hate myself because I can't stop loving you." -Louis "Just because I'm dating someone new doesn't mean I ever lost feelings for you. I just don't want to feel like I'm not enough again." - Y/N
