Eleanor, newly discovered by Dumbledore, is plucked out of her orphanage to attend Hogwarts. She was unaware of who her family had been, and that she had any remaining relatives left. But when she first meets her brother, the disappointing welcome hits hard. With the Tri-Wizard Tournament taking place, it's enough for Eleanor to simply try to survive, but how can she do that in a house that doesn't want her, with a brother that doesn't believe she's related to him. With nothing left to hold onto, perhaps power is all that's left. Does it truly matter if that power is light or dark? Begins in 4th year and will continue to the end of the series. Currently writing in 5th year. Currently at approximately 190,000 words as of the end of chapter 62.

He shows up in her dreams time and time again, the pretty boy with scars on his face and sparkling eyes one could never forget... but he was never supposed to be real. He was supposed to be a fragment of her imagination. Well that's what Jaya Levine thought anyway. Her disbelief in the existence of this mystery boy was brutally proven wrong, when he made an appearance at Hogwarts... and from the moment she was introduced to him, her heart shattered into a million pieces. Hatred. That's what she felt towards him, that's what she felt towards Mattheo Marvolo Riddle, son of the Dark Lord... and so she swore to herself that her detestation towards him would never change. He would always be a player. A manipulator. A cigarette addict. A major red flag. Someone she would want to stay well away from. Turns out, that's a lot harder than it looks.
