The Elder Amulet is a special and powerful piece of jewelry once belonging to the Mallory family. It possesses great power and is capable of causing catastrophic events or changes in someone's life. It is capable of great and chaotic things, and it is very dangerous for anyone but a well-trained member of the Mallory's to handle it. The amulet has been long lost for a few generations, nobody knowing or wanting to know its exact location. Even thieves have been afraid to steal it or look for it, knowing or even witnessing some of the tragedies it has caused for its captors. Many have said that the youngest of the Mallory family will one day find it and use it to prevent a catastrophe destined to occur, and that may not be too far in the future.
