Super humans. Two words everyone is used to. But, when fantasy becomes reality for a small portion of the population, chaos ensues. Yasu Shite hears that the government is trying to help these ability-born people. They open up their own school, stating that there were enough people with powers to attend. Yasu meets other people who really don't know how to control their powers, sort of like him. And, of course, there has to be crazy teachers. The "I don't give a fuck about any of my students", the "I'll try to be the best teacher ever despite having no experience", and last, but not least, the "Oh my god what are you wearing? Aren't you supposed to be a high school teacher?" He really didn't know what he was getting into by entering this school. But hey, at least she's hot.
