The secretive, quasi-religious order controls nearly every aspect of the lives of the inhabitants of the planets where their influence is permitted. A trilogy of military hard SciFi short stories, each of which stands on its own but is linked to the earlier parts. Part 1 is my attempt at writing what a battle in space might really be like. Part 2 is - well, as a student of military history, I was struck by how some things in the military life have seemed to be constant over the centuries. Part 3 is the result of trying to imagine what an infantry fire-fight might be like in the 22nd century or beyond. How does technology play into it?

His best friend from childhood, now a owner of a military contracting company called Sons of War, rescued him and his brothers from battle. Now he works for him and he is trying to find the person who defeated him. Now, he and his brother are now elite mercenaries sent to a mission to Mongolia to infiltrate one of the Lotus terrorist organization's base and extract information from the target. But after the mission, they have unlocked a secret about the enemy organization that will trigger a series of events that reveal the truth about the most powerful organizations in the world and reveal the path to his revenge.

Classic space opera. I am revisiting an old idea I had. ~Tight ensemble of characters amid a hostile environment. In an advanced timeline roughly 1000 years into the future. Crit, an unreliable citizen in the system stirs trouble against a new regime, taking hold over the galaxy's freedom. I am still learning the ways of literature, I believe I have a ton of stories that'll either leave a laugh or tear. Please be patient while I'm re-educating myself.

Society has gone downhill. Quicker than a roller coaster crashing down the track. Government has been blown apart. Buildings knocked down as if they were a newborn baby. Cold hearted Cameira plans to find out why. I'll edit out all the mistakes when I finish the series.

A massive alien ship and a human in a small pod, in cryogenic sleep, thousands of light-years away from earth. What could go wrong and how will he get back to earth? -------------------------------------- Notes: I felt tired one day and thought that I could use a long nap. This story is a result of that thought. I didn't use any movies or series for inspiration, the story is my original work. This is just the result of my weird imagination and brain thinking about what that character would do and telling me what to write.
